About Nurture and Knot

Would you like to learn something new in a calm, relaxed environment where you can feel safe and supported?

 I offer gentle 1-2-1 sessions in beginner crochet, card making and mindful collage (paper or sewing), either in your own home or at a meeting place of your choice. There are no busy classrooms or unfamiliar surroundings—just a friendly, non-judgemental space where you can enjoy being creative, build confidence and improve your wellbeing.

I have over 15 years experience in crafting and have seen how creativity can reduce stress, improve emotional wellbeing and provide a real sense of achievement. 

I am based in Tamworth and alongside my sessions at Glascote Library, I also offer companionship through creative activities,  helping you learn a new skill or rediscover an old one.

I also run adaptable group sessions for community organisations or groups of friends. Suitable for all ages and abilities, sessions can be tailored to individual needs, giving everyone the opportunity to relax, connect with others and discover a hobby they can enjoy for years to come.  

The legal bit

I am DBS checked, have public liability insurance, have up-to-date adult safeguarding training, have policies in place to protect both myself and my clients and I'm registered with the Micro Providers at Local Help My Way.

Quick Note...

Please be aware that I am neurodivergent safe :)I understand that what is acceptable/comfortable one week may not be the same the next.  Please don't feel that if this applies to you we might not be able to work together,  when I say the sessions are adaptable, I really mean it.  We will work together to create something that works for you.
